Carl Abrahamsson

ist ein in Stockholm lebender schwedischer Autor und »occultural entrepreneur« und kooperiert seit Mitte der 1980er Jahre als Herausgeber, Musikproduzent, Filmemacher, Fotograf und Kurator mit einer Reihe von Künstler_innen. So arbeitete er beispielsweise mit Genesis Breyer P-Orridge in dem »occultural network« Thee Temple ov Psychick Youth und bei der Produktion von Platten und Büchern zusammen. Abrahamsson gibt die jährlich erscheinende Zeitschrift The Fenris Wolf heraus, die den Schnittstellen zwischen Kunst und Esoterik gewidmet ist. Eng verbunden mit The Fenris Wolf ist außerdem Carl Abrahamssons The Institute of Comparative Magico-anthropology, eine Mischung aus Archiv und Think Tank. Neben dem Schreiben und der Lehre liegt sein Fokus derzeit auf dem Filmemachen, vor allem im Rahmen der Dokumentarserie An Art Apart, die radikale Künstler_innen porträtiert. www.carlabrahamsson.com
